Aditya is a serial entrepreneur with a history of building successful scaled startups in consumer internet and life sciences. He co-founded two biotech companies in his twenties; one of his startups, which was backed by Accel Ventures, was sold to a publicly listed company in 2011. He was also the co-founder of collectibles marketplace Paddle8 which was sold to Auctionata in 2016. Aditya has been named to the Art + Auction Power 100, Artinfo’s Global 30 under 30 and Crain’s New York 40 Under 40. He has been a featured speaker at many conferences and forums globally, including those at Harvard University, DLD New York, The Northside Festival, TechCrunch TV and the inaugural TEDx Art in New York, and has written on entrepreneurship for publications like Forbes.
Apart from being an advisor at Veera (www.veera.com), a leading Web 3.0 platform with over 1.6 MM users in 125 countries (backed by 6th Man Ventures, Folius, Accomplice Fund etc), he is also an advisor to Incentiv, a consumer L1 currently in Testnet and Blinq an agentic trading terminal on Solana. Aditya is also an avid investor in technology startups and is currently a limited partner (LP) in several leading global venture capital funds including Coinfund, Blue Cloud Ventures, Folius Ventures (Stepn, Kaito etc), 6th Man Ventures (Pump.fun, Magic Eden, Drift etc) and the fund Sigma capital being launched in the UAE. He is also a Co-Founder of Syllable Studio, a venture studio for celebrity-backed beauty and wellness brands in the US, which created the Korean Beauty brand Loops Beauty.
Aditya is an alumnus of IIT Delhi, where he earned both his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Engineering. He then went on to do his MBA at Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.He also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School from 2017-2021.
